Our Commitment

Sacramento Holistic Dentist is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines helps make the web more user-friendly for all people.

Measures We Take

  • All images include descriptive alt text for screen reader users
  • All form inputs include associated labels
  • Color contrast ratios meet WCAG AA minimums throughout the site
  • Navigation is keyboard-accessible with logical tab order
  • The site uses semantic HTML5 elements (header, nav, main, footer, article, aside)
  • ARIA landmarks and labels are used where appropriate
  • The site is fully responsive for all screen sizes and zoom levels up to 200%
  • Links have descriptive text — we avoid "click here" or "read more" alone
  • Videos include captions where applicable

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some older third-party content or embedded maps may not fully meet accessibility standards. We are working to address these areas and will continue to improve.
