Dr. Yana Pekarski, DDS
Dr. Pekarski was born in Ukraine, relocated to the United States in 1990, and was raised in Carmichael, California. She earned her dental degree from UCLA Dental School in 2007, followed by an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Maui Oral Health Center in Hawaii, where she received training in dental implants and pediatric dentistry.
With 20 years of clinical experience across all age demographics, Dr. Pekarski brings particular skill with pediatric and geriatric populations. As the eldest of 11 siblings, she excels at creating comfort for young patients while providing compassionate adult care.
Her practice centers on minimally invasive, biomimetic dentistry and tooth rehabilitation — preserving natural tooth structure whenever possible rather than performing procedures beyond what is truly necessary.
